- Bond v. Berkshire Bank, et al. – $3 million settlement in case involving improper “overdraft fees”
- Gordon et al. v. Kohl’s and Capital One – $1.8 million settlement for improper “identity protection” charges
- LaChapelle v. Peoples Bank – $3 million settlement for Massachusetts banking customers in breach of contract and 93A claims involving “guaranteed savings accounts”
- In re Anthem, Inc. Data Breach Litigation – $115 million settlement for Anthem customers in data breach case
- Manna v. Hungry Fish Media – $10 million settlement involving deceptive “free trial” product offers
- Tami Gray v. Hydroxatone LLC and Atlantic Coast Media Group – $3 million settlement for customers in “free trial” product offers
- Duke, et al. v. Reliastar Life Insurance Company, et al. – $10 million settlement for deceptive life insurance sales practices
- Duckworth, et al. v. Country Life Insurance Company, et al. – $44 million settlement for deceptive “vanishing premium” life insurance sales practices
- Snyder v. Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. et al. – Settlement valued at $83mm – $105 million for deceptive “vanishing premium” life insurance sales practices
